It's a beautiful breed of dog!

Harlequin aka Harley - lovely name.

I used to have a Yorkie called Coco and when I'd call for her I'd use the abbreviated name Coke, can you imagine the looks of horror I received from other dog walkers!

Three is still young to have it all sorted ... the greeting of visitors is a problem for my 3 year old Yorkie too, she gets so excited, she jumps up and peeeee's all over people, so we keep her in another room until she's had time to listen to what's happening with the visitors She is then allowed into the room where we are sat, I keep her sitting a while until she's taken in the scene and the vibes, and only when she's calm is she allowed to say hi!

Life would be boring without our canine friends!

Incidentally not all dogs have this 'greeting' issue, my other two are perfectly fine.

They are a bundle of fun and I wouldn't be without them. This is their Twitter id @K9Yorkies ;o)

[...] Officially, they say it’s 2.9km but my Garmin Forerunner 310XT measures it closed to 2.2km (despite the current issues I’m having with v3.70 of the firmware).
